- Due to the ongoing nature of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing campaigns, payments are non-refundable.
- We provide regular reporting and updates to ensure transparency and track progress.
Social Media Management:
- Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance.
- No refunds are issued for partial months once services have started.
2. Service Adjustments
- If a client is unsatisfied with a delivered service (e.g., website draft or campaign setup), BeViral Agency will work with the client to make reasonable adjustments to meet expectations.
